Information
In March 2018, Filipe Pinto-Ribeiro had his solo debut at the Vienna's Konzerthaus, one of the most important European venues since its opening in 1913. The piano recital took place on March 19th and was named "Piano Seasons" inspired by the last album recorded by Filipe Pinto-Ribeiro which has received the highest praise from national and international critics. The concert program included Tchaikovsky and Mussorgsky's major piano works, respectively "The Seasons" and "Pictures at an Exhibition", and the Austrian premieres of "Four Last Seasons of Lisbon”, dedicated by Eurico Carrapatoso to the pianist, and "Four Seasons of Buenos Aires" by Astor Piazzolla, in the new version composed by Marcelo Nisinman for Filipe Pinto-Ribeiro.
